Poor Men's Heuers

Hi Jeff,

Your post is full of useful info.
I believe the brands you mention and maybe few others are very interesting and share to some extend the charm of Heuers.

((Ohh and btw I'm an fan of the "Poor Man Watch" concept. PMW pack some serious value for money and this is something I admire in a product, even if I'm not interested in buying it. I believe the pricing of some brands and some models is out of control and out of this world and PMW is a nice answer to them. And you know what? Many people share this feeling, just look at the success of the PMW forum.))

I could easily understand someone starting from Heuers and then discovering these brands and starting collecting them for their own right. I see the appreciation of such brands, although "inferior" to Heuer, as an acquired taste. Of course it could happen the other way too. Someone could start with Zodiacs and then, by spotting the similarities, he could discover Heuers.

It's an interesting
