Seeking Information on AirBorn Motorcycle Helmets

A reader is seeking information about these motorcycle helmets, that have the Heuer logo -- one model in chocolate and the other in cream.

Does anyone know anything about these helmets? Seems that they were offered around 2010 / 2011. I believe that they are made by a company called "AirBorn". I am assuming that TAG Heuer granted a license to AirBorn, which produced and sold the helmets.

We see various reports about these helmets, such as these --

Perhaps there is even a site offering them for sale, at 341 Euro --

Does anyone have more information about them? Any idea whether they are still on the market, perhaps as NOS?

Thanks for any information.

Jeff
