Thanks, Guys . . . I really enjoyed putting this posting together.

I had always assumed that there were a couple of the yacht timers on wrist-straps, and a couple of stopwatches, so it was a real eye-opener to see so many different models.

In the end, the demands of timing the racing yachts may be similar to timing the racing cars -- rugged watches; designed for specific purposes; legible; reliable. Proud that Heuer was so active in this market!!
