Help - Pushers on Monza cr3111

Hi all,

I wonder if any of you could help.

the pusher buttons on my Monza have come off my watch.

I have no idea how to re-attach them.

They do not appear to screw on and when I push them back on they simply fall off again.

Any ideas?
