In Response To: Info on 70's Heuer ()

Hi Daniel,

I'm afraid I have to agree with dddmmm88, in that this watch is a fabrication from start to finish unfortunately.

I don't believe any part of this watch is genuine Heuer. The engravings we see on the bridge and caseback are hallmarks of poor Eastern European and Asian fake houses, the dial is not one used in any Heuer model and is reprinted, badly, and the case and pushers are not common to any Heuer model.

I would get in touch with the seller and ask for a refund. If they don't acquiesce, take it up with eBay, who're usually pretty good about these sorts of things.

Best of luck! Hope to see you back soon with a kosher model!
