Saw this on the Bay - http://www.ebay.com/itm/HEUER-Vintage-Monaco-Blue-Steve-McQueen-Watch-/151431255876?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123 - clearly fake dial and hands, and when I pointed this out to the seller, he said:
"Thank you for your concern. I have not made any claims in my listing regarding the authenticity of this watch. Feel free not to bid on this item. Have a nice day."
So it's OK to sell a fake watch as long as you don't explicitly claim it's original..?
