Need help with Vintage Chrono

I am new to the forum and am in need of some information on the following watch.

I acquired this watch from a family friend in 1981 at the age of 10. He was the original owner and when he gave it to me it was already not running. I have kept it to this day and am now wondering if me research is correct and am wondering what values might be for this in current condition (not running) and also running (I am visiting a well respected vintage watch repairman in the DFW area tomorrow.

i believe it to be a manual wind first execution screw back 2446 with 2nd execution dial and 2nd execution hands.

The serial # is 59854.

The dial, bezel, case, pushers and crown are in great condition and the only issue cosmetically is the lume in the center of the hands has become old and is falling off.

Thank you all in advance for your help!
