Firstly, that is an absolute bargain.

It is perfectly normal to have no 'made in France' on the dial:

Here is a picture of my movement - they look very similar:

I'd personally get a new glass for it and keep the bezel as it is - adds a certain amount of character.

I rescued this one and did just that...
