Use in Heuer Service Facilities, Not on Race Tracks
In Response To: Its cool. But what is it? ()

This piece of equipment was used at Heuer service centers, in the mid-1970s, to measure the accuracy of the time base (quartz) of the newly introduced Chronosplit Reference 100.700 chronographs. It was used for these Chronosplits, and also for existing frequencies of quartz watches or others that would be introduced in the future.
