Non Pasadena mystery

You know when you have far too many watches when someone points out a detail on one of them that you never even noticed yourself. This has just happened and I therefore turn to the community for some input. The so called “non Pasadena” (below right - image by Heuerville) is the familiar dial layout with the Heuer logo above the word "AUTOMATIC". On the left is my watch which I have called a “non Pasadena” however the logo position is different with CHRONOGRAPHE is printed above the logo and date window. The reference on the back is the same i.e. 750.501 with the additional engraving 280 SL (this I believe is found on the Pasadena and non Pasadena). So it begs the question – does anyone have a similar example or can anyone shed some light on this non Pasadena mystery.
Looking forward to any comments.

Regards
Paul
