Insurance Genous needed: ebay insurance useless?

Is the Ebay insurance (via Lloyds of London with $200 max,-25)mickey mouse? ie, its there, but process (30-45-6day + forms/exclusions) makes it un-collectable

-What is PayPal Protection (free for buyers, certain sellers qualify on select items)? And Is it Different from Paypal money-back gurantee (ie, pop-up calculator, charges some premium on item being "covered"). Any one ever buy w/this?-Simple coverage: did buyer deliver or not (ie, if he has proof of delivery your on your own); gross misrepresenation is valid but, seldom collected

-Credit card 0% liability is only for fraud, or non-delivery of goods. Again filing via credit card associations on other "not as describe" issues is a toss up.
