Abercrombie Alarm watch

My uncle owns an Abercrombie wristwatch with an alarm feature (shown below) which I assume was produced by Heuer. He recently gave it to me to have it serviced and I was hoping to give him some history on the watch when I return it but I haven't been able to find much about it. The May 29th, 2014 post on OnTheDash titled "The Definitive History of the Abercrombie & Fitch Seafarer Chronograph" featured a 1957 summer catalog scan which appears to show a similar looking alarm watch; however the image is too low of resolution to clearly see it when enlarged.

Can anyone provide me with or point me in the direction of information or images relating to this watch?
