: A photo will help. is it split timer that also
: tells time like a pocket watch?
===============================================
I will get a photo taken but as I mentioned ...
It looks EXACTLY like 332.401 except that the outer measurement is 1-100,not 1-60 (the OUTER scale measures 1/100 of a minute, not 1/60 of a minute).
The Split action refers to the pointer stopped at the time the left button is pushed. To see what I'm talking about, look at the photo of either 332.401(the pointer at 8 secs) That is a split time, that pointer is not moving, it "split" from the sweep hand. When the left button is pushed again, the pointer will fly back under the sweep hand, ready to be "split" again. This feature allows you to carefully read the time that the left button was pushed without stopping the watch.
