Not a genuine dial / hands are wrong too !!!

This is not right.
A genuine blue Monaco dial has white registers & black chrono needles. The hour markers are painted instead of stainless applied. The Heuer symbol & all the text is in the wrong script. Well we could go on but fair enough to say you dont want the example you linked.
