between all these links you should be able to find the answer.... maybe not exact to what year, but close. the serial number won't do much as i'm pretty sure heuer didn't keep records of serial numbers to track back dates of production, but wait for the "experts" to answer as maybe i got that wrong? either way though, you should be able to boil it down close to the year based on which variations your 1163v model has...good luck!
