Franken Cal 15 Autavia (on eBay)

Of course, we don't discuss all the "Franken" Heuers that we see on eBay, that would be full-time work, but this one has one element that I would like to ask about.

Hands . . . wrong.

Needles . . . wrong.

Movement . . . wrong.

Crown . . . wrong.

Markers on the dial?? How strange!! Has someone taken the orange paint to the edges of these markers? Or perhaps the dial has been refinished -- look at the "Swiss" at the bottom.
