I do not know the stem height but I believe the hands are as follows:

130/70/20

I know for a fact that the hour hand is not the standard 120. My gauge showed that it was 125 who know with those things sometime with used hands. Spec sheets have shown 130 for the hour which causes a problem finding replacement hands.

I tried to broach a 120 hand out to fit but it was too thin after that so I will continue to look for compatible hands.
