Carrera 3647T - Any Advice *PIC*

Have an incoming Heuer but I am not really an expert in this field so any comments or advice would be realty appreciated. As far as I can see it is a 3647T with the red tachymeter font, but I have at least a couple of queries. Firstly it looks to be missing the scale around the outside of the dial, which I understand would have been attached to the original crystal (is that right?). Is there any way to fix the problem ? Then secondly to my eye the word Swiss doesn't seem to be well centred on the dial. Does it look OK or is it a bad sign of fakery, redialling etc ? Then are there any other problems, or things worth considering ? The nuances of the correct hands, pushers, crown, caseback, etc are all beyond me so any other comments would be appreciated.
