Vintage 2446 questions please.

Hi all.
I bought the below 2446 from the son of the original owner, it had not worked for many years but after so attention it is now running.
The movement is not like any other Valjoux 72 powered vintage Heuer I have seen before, the chronograph bridge has the wording "seventeen 17 jewels unadjusted swiss" on it which I have not seen before, this wording is usually on the train wheel bridge I believe. The movement is also copper coated too.

I have put a new crown on this watch, a vintage one but not as thick as the original.
Any info on this please? as anyone seen a movement with these markings and colour before?
Thanks Michael.
