I agree Shaun. No doubt about the case, and movement. It look like all the automatic Heuers from the 1950s powered with various AS movements. I have had several of them.

I actually think the dial is genuine. The power reserve scale is a perfect match compared to the picture I have bellow. The Heuer sheild is different, but I think it's just a variation of the same dial.
