Thanks Jeff for a very interesting and comprehensive article. I find the current interest in the Autavia very interesting as it was a watch I had never even heard of until about four or five years ago. I feel the Monaco and the manual Carrera became the first "go to" vintage Heuers through the help of the reissues, that was certainly what drew me to the 2447, but the Autavia really seems to have carved out a substantial niche purely on it's own merit.
