...would anyone be around to cast an eye over this Ebay offering?

To my amateur eye it seems to have third generation hands (from 1153n) and sub dials, movement looks OK, dial a bit iffy-especially the markers!? And no idea whatsoever on that bezel! Any help appreciated!
