Revisited off topic post - My friend's Paul Newman for sale

I was surprised (but hopeful) that they started at such a high price. I think the high price scared off some buyers. They dropped the price a couple times and one buyer failed to follow-through on his commitment to buy it. But, I am happy to report Frank got his money yesterday. He forced me to agree to accept a commission for helping him avoid selling it FAR below market. So, in a couple weeks, Maria and I will be his guest at an established Italian restaurant I've never eaten at before - LaGrotta. It's a modest place and happens to be mid-way between our houses. He's happy it sold and I am happy for him.

: $165,000 is insane. I thought some of the Comex was expensive..
