I have to agree with you that Flickr is not ideally suited to use on the iOS platform.

I dont use multiple media outlets such as Twitter & Instagram so cant offer up advice on shaing between these reources but when i post photos here I use Photobucket & find it both easy to upload content to & then snatch links from, to post to forums. The only thing to keep in mind is when posting to Chronocentric/Chronotrader is to use the HTML link rather than the IMG link that all other forums seem to prefer.

The last thing to keep in mind if you're new to the iOS system is it is possible to download google chrome if its your preferred browser. Safari is fine but it can feel weird to use at first.
