Taking Pictures of Shiny Objects...

Make your plans to come to the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday May 29, 2016. If you are ever going to make it to a race at the greatest venue in Motorsport this should be it.

Anyway...Taking pictures of shiny objects, is a real pain in the backside. Whether the object is a watch or a car, shiny equals trouble. Here are a couple of shots I did a couple of weeks ago of the 100th anniversary IndyCar. The shots looked pretty good right out of the camera but today is the first time I have seen them after the creative team at IMS got done with them. The car is sporting its "Speedway Aero Kit" which is built for speed...hopefully approaching 230mph/370kph lap speeds at IMS.
