The two round logos are Talbot York of Berlin, who made "racing" wing mirrors. Here is a patent: http://www.freepatentsonline.com/3350048.html

When I saw the helmet I thought "Hans Stuck", but have not found any photos in that livery. Perhaps it is a promotion for the wing mirror manufacturer?
