Wondered with my recent experience above what the legal situation is with a situation like this winning an EBAY auction where the seller cancels the transaction to sell it to someone else at a higher price. Most of the time we're just inclined to shake our heads, be frustrated and move on, but what if it is a deal that REALLY matters to you. Say I had bought a $20,000 watch for $100 in my story above. Is there no legal recourse to enforce the sale?
