First, has the recent announcement of the "Rindt" winning the Autavia Cup pushed the price of existing pieces up? I remember just recently that a $13.5 price seemed like a new high point. The reason I ask, there is one for sale that I inquired about recently and was told the price was over $15K. It is a nice looking piece, original, in goos shape, no bracelet. What are your thoughts? Is this a dream piece with no pricing guidelines?

Secondly, after I was told the price, I politely told the seller that it was priced higher than I had hoped and thanked him. He continued to press on why I felt this way, so I provided what I thought was a pretty non-incediary opinion. He then replied that the forum was just a bunch of amateurs. His last email said that he could ask whatever he wanted and my thoughts on the matter as a potential buyer are irrelevant. Also, that I would be kicking myself later since it would surely be worth more in the future (which I assume it will.) Did I do something wrong? I have worked with many other sellers who absolutely care about your opinion as a potential buyer. What are the etiquette rules?
