You don't think the Heuer market has longevity? I think it's only just started to move forward,

I see Rolex collectors paying $100,000-$500,000 on many individual Daytona models that were probably made in even larger numbers than the whole Autavia range that Jack Heuer manufactured in the 1960's. Possibly an exaggeration - possibly not!

I think vintage Heuer, particularly Autavia, has the potential, and the pedigree, to make a much greater impact on the vintage watch market. In terms of vintage sports watches of course Rolex are tops, they pack a huge corporate punch, but Heuer is catching up with the following pack which includes the likes of Omega (whose vintage Speedmasters, like Porsches, whilst beautifully made, have hardly changed design since the 1960's!).

Heuer have extreme rarity, quality, pedigree and interest, all the ingredients for a great collectors' market.

I'm only a beginner, but I'm enthusiastic and I'm in it for the long term.

ps hope I have gone too far, apologies if I have!
