A little education on Fisher 2447 dials

hello-
I have seen a few Fisher 2447D (I think these are first executions with a metallic track and blue text) over time, and less so the 2447D second execution (black text). I'm still learning executions, etc., but hopefully I have those right.

I was wondering if the 2447D second execution is less common, or if one had lower production (1st v 2nd execution).

And does whether FISHER is printed:
1. above Carrera
2. below Heuer
3. above the hour register
Tell us anything about the age of the watch or other particulars? Or was that just at random?

Just wondering after seeing this version on eBay...

Happy holidays every one-
