It seems you are right have concerns. That case back is wrong, the text is in the wrong place and the shape is incorrect. The dial seems OK at first glace but I haven't studied it. The bezel seems peculiar too, which is something I thought from your first image. The large numerals 'hang' over the edge, which is not something I've seen on other examples before and can't believe it is original.

Given the bezel, case back, lack of serial number without even looking at it in more detail, it would make me steer clear personally.....
