So if someone knows how to search for past sales, then that name might help. I believe eBay removes the history of previous sales after 3 months, so you are unable to look at the seller's past listings.

I have seen many times that eastern european sellers have other eBay accounts showing that they ship from "Germany" or Belgium or some other european country, but they have the same item listed on another account showing them in another country. So I would not be surprised if it's the same guy. But again, I don't have any proof that it is the same guy or not, or even if it's the same exact watch, until I (or someone else) can find the original listing with photos of the watch that was sold on ebay.de months ago.
