I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to finally meet Olaf and his lovely wife in person on their trip to NYC. We have been friends for the past several years, stemming from the purchase of a 11630 Silver that I made from him. I was thrilled to learn of his visit to the U.S., and even happier that he was able to get away for a few hours and have a cup of coffee and talk about Heuer, watches, cultures and OTD among other topics.
Below are a few quick shots from the pieces that we shared. It's truly amazing the friendships that can develop from this wonderful hobby/passion, and what a foundational platform this forum is. Thanks again Olaf! It was a wonderful afternoon indeed. Wishing everyone Happy Holidays!
