They normally have the Heuer logo below the '60'. This one looks to have a black backplate, so might be a military (RAF) spec,with the (T), (Tritium) marking removed, a normal Heuer, or a lower quality Sears model which also has their 'Allstate Winner' transfer removed.
Other than the serial number, are there any stampings on the case, around 45 seconds, or on the rear of the backplate?

If you are looking to make a RallyMaster set, please be aware that the cases on the early models (MasterTime and Monte Carlo) are 13mm deep, whereas the later ones are 15mm.
And the early sets are normally more expensive.
