Looks like no Breitling I've seen before. I suspect it is not an authentic Breitling. Should have a 4 digit model number on the back case. If so, provide us with that info. However, the bezel (and dial) is unlike any 70's Breitling I've ever seen. If you are considering purchasing it, I'd walk away.
