SIHH kicks off tomorrow (January 16), in Geneva, and we are already seeing some "live shots" of the 2017 Autavia. You may recall that we saw the very first prototype at the Collectors Summit, back in September 2016.

My quick impressions:

-- the proportions look good . . . keeping in mind that this is not intended as a re-issue or copy of any particular Autavia from the 1960s
-- attention to detail / execution looks good . . . printing looks sharp
-- I like the color of the lume . . . which was the subject of some discussion back in September
-- the bracelet looks amazing . . . will we be able to do a bit of filing and fit them to our old Autavias?
-- can't wait to see / wear this Heuer 02 movement (rebirth of the CH80)

So how does it look to the vintage Autavia enthusiasts?
