Ref. 347 real or frankenstein?

Hi,

I might bid on this 1940's chronograph ref. 347 nr on eBay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HEUER-RARE-CHRONOGRAPH-S-S-RETAILED-TURLER-50s-ORIGINAL-BLACK-DIAL-VALJOUX-23-/302188259293?hash=item465bd2e7dd

I found it on OnTheDash (http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Chronographs/1940s_Chronographs/Reference_347/Reference_347_NR/), but it has rectangular pushers, whereas the one on eBay has round pushers. But it seems perfect in all other respects. Is it possible that Heuer produced this model with different style pushers? Or is this a 347 dial in a different case (maybe a 2447 - but that has 3 sub-dials, not two - so would that even be possible)? Also not the gun-metal style case isn't pictured on OnTheDash - was that style of case produced?

thanks!
MKL
