Very strange and difficult seller, but he seemed to be honest (most of the time) . . . in the end, the watch would go to whoever would be first to get him cash, in a face to face transaction, in Kraljevo, Serbia . . . and every day that it took to arrange this, he threatened to cancel the sale. But, of course, his cancelling was likely to delay his ability to get this cash from someone else, so it was a strange negotiation.

More coming soon . . . it was a huge learning experience . . . about the details of PayPal and eBay, and a little about human nature.
