My Heuer Manual Wind GMT

Hi Community:
Cutting the chase, my watchmaker here in NYC messed up my GMT. As he was adjusting the calendar since it is a bit off center he punctured the hour hand lume( at the base relatively small). Can someone point me to the best watchmaker here in US dealing with Heuer? Does it pay to have the missing lume be relumed?
Also, what is causing the date to be off center? Feel so stupid asking this guy to do this adjustment .

Best,
Mel
