Possibilities include markings indicating (a) issuance by Argentina Air Force (but there would be engraved wings, along with the serial number), (b) issuance by Israel Defense Forces (but there would be something that looks like the letter "M"), or (c) production for Swiss domestic market (but there would be a "C" as a prefix).

Send or post a photo and we will be much more definitive in providing information (or at least a guess).
