"Poor man's" serial ref query

Hello all,

Was wondering if any members of the community could share any knowledge regarding the Poor man's Clebar/Zodiac.

In particular trying to confirm either way if the watches were made with visible serial and ref numbers between the lugs?
Looking to take the plunge on a Clebar Valjoux 7736 panda (without visible numbers) many thanks in advance for any help.
