What are your thoughts on the early 2447S that sold at Bukowskis in Sweden for 105,000 SEK (around 12,000 dollars) plus commission?

The case is a polygon back with serial number 57265.

Is it possible for a hex back to have had a first execution sunburst dial and Heuer Leonidas signed movement, say a late 1964 model? Or is the dial most likely a later replacement?
