New Singer Track 1 Chronograph

Some of you may be familiar with Singer, the firm in California that makes the super high-end modified Porsche 911s.

Now comes Hodinkee with a report on their first watch -- Introducing The Singer Track 1 Chronograph.

And for those who are wondering, the time indicated is 10:10, and the center-located chronograph (which has 60 hour capacity) is showing 7 hours, 43 minutes, and 26 seconds.

Love it or hate it, I think that it's interesting to see a firm take an entirely new approach to the chronograph. And, yes, it is expensive . . . at $41,350.
