Autavia 1163MH/V

Came across an Autavia being offered as an 3rd execution MH. Upon inspection it's got 1163V on the case and the viceroy hands. The dial, however has the polished hour markers and it has the MH bezel. The watch is unpolished and in very good condition. The components of the watch all seem correct to Heuer and to the date of production (they don't seem to be replacement). In conversations with people who know far more about the topic than I there seems to be a common belief that during the time watches coming from Heuer often had much variation in terms of parts that were available. I'm wondering what others who know their 1163 history might add to the conversation. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
