I think values for the black dials are considerably higher than the starburst silver dials, whether that be 1st exec starburst or 2nd exec silver/white subs. Of course the "eggshell" 2447s (which would be rarer than both) 1st exec would also be considerably higher than the starburst silver. Like all Heuers they have moved up much in past year or two, and all round mint unpolished is different ballpark to values of marked/dirty dials and heavily used/dinged or polished cases.
