Re: Radioactive EP chronograph

: Anyone else wearing anything interesting today?

: Jeff

Hello Jeff,

I am new in the world of Heuer, but your Heuer Ref. 2447 is a very nice looking watch.
My watch, I am wearing today, is radioactive, too.
It is an Excelsior Park with Excelsior Park 4 movement.
It is signed on the back, that is the reason, why I can exactly date it.
It should be produced in 1944 and with a case number of 805xxx it should be one of the first Excelior Park wrist watches with EP 4 (till now, one of the earliest known).

I think, it is a very interesting watch and I love to wear this 73-years old beauty.

Regards,
Peter
