Nice find. Definitely get it serviced.

The NSA bracelet is OE and was one of two designs used on these barrel models - this one with the sprung clasp - the other was by Stelux

The blue dial does appear to have suffered ageing of the "degrade" Cote d'Geneve striped finish like every other one I have seen, but serviced, ith the original sticker intact and the bracelet this should be worth c$2500 in my view.
