Bought my first vintage Heuer, a Reference 13-1

Hi gang, new to this community. I'm also fairly new to watch collecting and am excited about my first vintage Heuer. I love the racing heritage!

I bought this Reference 13-1 and don’t know the history of it. I also can't find much info about it online and would like to know what it's worth.

It came with a foggy crystal (on the inside) so I took it apart, cleaned it and it now looks great. There are no watchmaker markings on the inside of the case back, so I don’t know if it’s ever been serviced. What would cause a foggy film on the inside of the crystal?

Thanks!
-Kraig
