The only changes I've seen on the final prototype are black hands so far. I know folks were hoping for 1 minute markings on the minutes dial but don't think that's happening. Everything else seems the same......maybe you've assumed this is a prototype of the 2017 Autavia, but this is the limited edition Jack Heuer 85th to be released in November.
