Pic is too small: are there some engraving under balance?
100% I can see a 18000 beat balance of 72 and not a small 21600 beat balance of 726.
In my opinion is a brass finished 72 not for heuer with a nikel finish heuer 72 bridge.
Movement is a 100% valjoux, 100% not correct for your watch in this layout.
